​TestAS Registration Process

  • To register for TestAS, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Visit the TestAS website and create an account.

  • Fill out the online application form, which will ask for personal information such as your name, address, and contact details.

  • Upload the required documents, including proof of identity, proof of academic qualifications, and any other documents required by the university you are applying to.

  • Choose a test center and test date. TestAS is offered at test centers around the world, and you will need to choose a test center that is convenient for you.

  • Pay the test fee. The test fee is currently €80, and payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

  • Wait for confirmation of your registration. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your test date and location.

  • Please note that registration for TestAS is only open for a limited time each year, and you will need to register early to secure a place.

TestAs Examination Pattern

  • TestAS consists of six subject-specific tests and one general study skills test. The six subject-specific tests are:

  • Mathematics: This test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed to measure your mathematical skills and knowledge.

  • Physics: This test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed to measure your knowledge of basic physical principles and your ability to apply them in practical situations.

  • Chemistry: This test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed to measure your knowledge of basic chemical concepts and your ability to apply them in practical situations.

  • Biology: This test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed to measure your knowledge of basic biological concepts and your ability to apply them in practical situations.

  • Economics: This test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed to measure your knowledge of basic economic concepts and your ability to apply them in practical situations.

  • Computer Science: This test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed to measure your knowledge of basic computer science concepts and your ability to apply them in practical situations.

 

  • The general study skills test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and is designed to measure your general study skills, including your ability to analyze, understand, and interpret complex texts and data.​

  • All of the tests are multiple-choice and are administered on a computer. You will have a total of 180 minutes to complete all of the tests.

TestAs FAQs

  • Step-1 Research & Select a University & Program
    Look for universities and programs that match your interests and academic background. Check the admission requirements and deadlines.
  • Step-2 Meet the admission requirements:
    Check if you meet the admission requirements, such as language proficiency, academic qualifications, and other necessary documents.
  • Step -3 Language proficiency: IELTS & German - A1, A2 | B1, B2
    If your course is taught in German, you must provide proof of your proficiency in the German language. Most universities require a minimum level of B1 or B2. Along with that IELTS & TestAs are also the other exams which one might need to appear.
